1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and aaavip ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to all access and use of the aaavip website, mobile app, and any related services.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on aaavip, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are unsure about any provision, you are encouraged to contact support before proceeding.

These Terms apply to all players in the Philippines accessing the platform, including users in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, and other locations nationwide.

2Eligibility

To register and use aaavip, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on aaavip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or household — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your registration details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying aaavip immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

OTP verification is required for login and financial transactions. Sharing your OTP with any other person is done at your own risk — aaavip cannot be held responsible for unauthorised transactions resulting from shared credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aaavip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. aaavip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment section.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible.
• aaavip reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5Games & Betting

aaavip offers live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), sports betting (PBA, NBA, Football, Boxing, Volleyball, Esports), slots, eBingo, and online poker. Game availability may change at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed are final once confirmed. aaavip does not accept cancellations on confirmed bets except where a technical error is confirmed on our end. In the event of a malfunction affecting game outcomes, aaavip reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

For sports betting:

• Bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by recognised sports authorities.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the time of placement — no retrospective adjustments will be made for odds that change after your bet is confirmed.
• Abandoned or postponed events are handled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport, available in the platform's sports betting section.

6Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, aaavip may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional rewards to players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly when the promotion is active.

General rules that apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were issued.
• aaavip reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse promotional terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the conditions specified for each individual offer before withdrawal is permitted.

7Responsible Gaming

• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing others to use your account.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

9Account Suspension and Termination

aaavip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is detected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents submitted are found to be false.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

In cases of suspected fraud, aaavip may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any bonus-derived winnings may be voided. Genuine account balances accrued through legitimate play will be returned where applicable and legally required.

10Limitation of Liability

aaavip is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaavip is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes, sports results, or betting decisions.
• Technical failures or interruptions outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
